Delete Mercury Temporary Project Files

Files will be deleted automatically after an upload is complete, but you can access video files here if you encounter an error.

PC Computer

Windows 7 and Windows 8

  1. Open the Start menu and type %localappdata% into the search. Alt text
  2. Open the folder titled Hudl Mercury Projects. Alt text
  3. Delete all existing folders.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+Shift+P for Windows 7 and Windows 8. Hold down all three of those keys while Mercury is the active window.

Windows XP

  1. Follow this path: C:\ Documents and Settings \ < username > \ Local Settings \ Application Data \
  2. Delete all existing folders.

Mac Computer

  1. From the Desktop select Go in the toolbar at the top and click Go to Folder… Alt text
  2. Type in ~/Library/Application Support/ and click Go. Alt text
  3. Select Hudl Mercury and delete all existing folders.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut Command+Shift+P for Mac OSX. Hold down all three of those keys while Mercury is the active window.
