I can’t login. How do I reset my password?

Once you’re added to your team’s Hudl account, you’ll receive an email with a link to pick your password. Log in here by entering your email address as the username and the password you’ve created.

If you forgot your password, just click here and enter your email address, then click Forgot your password?. You’ll receive instructions on how to create a new password. If you’re still having trouble, email support@hudl.com.

How do I upload video to my Hudl.com account?

Hudl Mercury is the tool you will use to upload your video to Hudl.com. We recommend loading the video straight from the camera, but a DVD will work too. To download Hudl Mercury to your computer, just visit the Overview page and click Install a Video Capture Tool.

I’m watching video on my Mac and the video looks distorted. How do I fix this?

Don’t worry – this is the easiest fix in the book. Your video will look normal once you disable the hardware acceleration in Silverlight preferences. Just follow these steps.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice?

You can log in to your Hudl.com account and access your invoice at any time. Roll your mouse over your name in the top right corner and select Billing & Invoices from the dropdown. Check out the tutorial to learn more about paying your bill online, or email billing@hudl.com anytime you have questions.

How do the Hudl remotes work? Where can I purchase one?

A Hudl remote connects to your computer via USB and allows you to control playback on any Hudl.com video. Purchase a remote for $195 here and learn more about how it makes film review so much easier.

I’m having trouble uploading to Hudl from my school computer. How can I fix this?

If your uploads aren’t going through, it’s most likely a firewall. Just be sure to pass our firewall information on to your IT staff. Once everything is cleared, uploads should get through just fine.

Everything on Hudl.com seems to load except the actual video. What am I missing?

Download Microsoft Silverlight to watch the video in your Hudl.com library. If you’ve already downloaded Silverlight and still have trouble, follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the software.

How can I get a copy of my Hudl highlights?

Team and individual athlete highlights can be ordered at any time. Downloads cost $9 each, or you can purchase a DVD for $25. Just follow these steps.
