Phones won’t stop ringing, inboxes are never empty, and non-support Hudlies are doing support things. It’s officially football season. We always see it coming, but that doesn’t make the days any less busy – especially when those days immediately follow a big game.
We realize a lot of film study happens over the weekend, so our business hours have been adjusted to make sure it all goes off without a hitch.
Take note of the new schedule and know we’re here seven days a week between now and Christmas:
- Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT
- Saturday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT
- Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. CT
Our Platinum teams will have 24/7 support, as always.
So, you know when we’re open, but how do you actually get in touch? The choice is yours:
Our Coach Relations team is 48 strong and ready for any question thrown their way. Coaches can find our support number by logging in to Hudl and hovering over the question mark in the top right corner.
Phone support is reserved for coaches, but if a parent or athlete has questions of their own, an email to firstname.lastname@example.org will get a response within the hour – even if it’s sent a few hours after close! Just be sure to include as much information as possible so we can get right to work finding a solution.
